At MediaScience, our goal is to test and learn from the rapid changes observed in the media industry today. By utilizing the latest in research technology and media devices, we are able to accurately analyze trends in media behavior and explore new territory in research methodology.
Our volunteer panel, known as The MediaScience Panel, is the most important part of the research process for each study. Our results are only as good as our participants, and Austin locals have proven to be incredible volunteers!
Austin Hours of Operation:
9:00am - 9:00pm 7 days per week
Chicago Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

What to expect:
We have new and exciting studies at our research facility every week and are constantly seeking feedback from our panel members. The compensation for your time and travel costs is typically in the form of an American Express Gift Card amounting approximately $25 per hour of participation.
Once you become a panel member, you will receive a 5-digit Member ID that helps us easily identify you and track your participation in our studies. This also allows us to anonymize study results for clients - so that we never give them your name or other information. When you are eligible for a study, we will contact you by email or phone and request that you schedule an appointment from available appointment days and times. Eligibility is determined from your profile information, and online questionnaire results. These questionnaires help us learn more about you, enrich your profile with additional information, and ultimately increase your chances of becoming eligible for a study.
